  • The Hazard Communication Standard, better known as the “Right to Know” law says employees have a right to know what chemical hazards they may face in the work environment, and how they can protect themselves.

Electronic Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Electronic Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are included in the standard and are required for all chemicals or products that contain hazardous materials. The MSDS provides important information regarding the health effects of the chemical, routes of entry into the body, appropriate personal protective equipment to use, and first aid treatment if an exposure occurs.
