2020-2021 Open Enrollment

May 04, 2020 through May 29, 2020

The open enrollment period is your opportunity to make changes to your medical, dental or vision plans, as well as to enroll or change the available voluntary plans. Changes are effective July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021.

New This Year:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - the EAP will no longer be provided by Managed Health Network (MHN). This benefit will now be administered by Anthem Blue Cross for all employees of the district and immediate family members living in your household, even if you are a Kaiser member or not eligible for benefits. Anthem EAP provides the same benefits as MHN (5 in-person visits per incident per year and unlimited telephonic sessions).

  • myStrength - a free digital resource to support emotional health and wellness; accessible online or through the myStrength app available for both Android and Apple.

  • Omada Health - a new wellness platform that replaces both the Anthem HealthFitness and the Kaiser Wellness Rewards programs. Omada will be offered to PUHSD employees enrolled in Anthem Blue Cross or Kaiser Permanente who qualify to participate, and will focus on diabetes/hypertension and weight management.
