Hello my name is Susann Strucker - McCoy and I am the Culinary Arts Instructor at Perris High School.  The students call me Chef or Chef Strucker. This year will be my 8th year teaching at Perris High School. 

I received my degree in Culinary Science from The Art Institute of California.  Prior to teaching I was a private chef and owned a small catering business.  

I truly enjoy teaching students how to cook, develop their creativity and watch their self-confidence grow.
