I spent 21 years in the Army and retired with the rank of Lieutenant  Colonel. I live in Oceanside and I  am married with a 10 year old daughter. I received my BA in History from Colorado State and my teaching credential and MA in Education from University of San Francisco. I enjoy reading , traveling and bicycle riding.
