Teacher Bio
I am a proud graduate of PUHSD and have worked in the district since 2001. I have been teaching at Heritage High School since the inaugural year in 2007. I am also starting my 10th year as one of the Link Crew Coordinators. I currently teach the Perris Lake at HHS Extension Program, College and Career Foundations, and the Link Crew Leadership class.
Working with students in Link Crew and supporting the Freshman Class is my passion and it makes coming to work every day a pleasant experience.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from California Baptist University (CBU) in May of 2006. I continued my education at CBU and received my teaching credential in Special Education and have completed my Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in mild to moderate disabilities.
For College and Career Foundations and Link Crew, I will be utilizing Canvas as the digital learning platform to support in class instruction.
