HELLO:)

Welcome to my Physical Education class. It is my goal to inspire you to embrace physical fitness as an important component of your overall health. The mind and body are interconnected, and for you to reach your full potential in life, you have to take care of both.

I graduated from San Diego State University in 1992. My family is a mini Aztec Nation as my wife and son are also Aztec Alums, and my daughter is about to become one…Go Aztecs!! I worked in the hospitality industry for 16 years before I decided to become a teacher. This will be my 16th year as a Physical Education teacher and Tennis Coach in the Perris Union High School District. I love teaching and coaching, and I love being a Heritage High School Patriot!
