Hello,
My name is Mrs. Michelle Wieding. I am excited to be back another year to share the art medium I love, clay. I look forward to providing opportunities for students to express themselves through medium exploration, problem solving, collaboration, and creativity.
This is my 23rd year teaching with in the Arts. I currently teach five periods of Ceramics 1 and a single period of Advance Ceramics at Heritage. I use Google Classroom to support my classroom, however all assignments are not digital. Students also have an ISN (Interactive Student Notebook) and Clay projects for my class. Please see my teaching assignment schedule below as well and the syllabus for each course taught.
In addition to my teaching assignment I stay extra busy on campus serving as the Senior Class Advisor. I work directly with Mr. Barajas the ASB Director and the Seniors in ASB to plan the various fundraisers and seniors events including graduation and grad nights. My goal is to make the year fun and memorable for all seniors.
