2022-2023 is my first year at CMI. I'm very excited to be a part of the family here. I graduated from UC, Riverside with a BA in Ethnic Studies. I have also earned an MA in TESOL from CSU, San Bernardino and an MS in Teaching from Cal Baptist University with my Teaching Credential in Biological Sciences. My passion in Biology is insects and arachnids, I worked in Entomology at UCR for 11 years and I also teach Forensic Entomology to future CSIs. We also have pets in the classroom including a ball python "Kaa", Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, and a pink-toe tarantula "Khaleesi".

This year I'll be teaching JROTC1, Science 8, and Biology 9/10. All of the courses are accessed through Canvas. I'm looking forward to a positive and inspiring journey at CMI, I already feel so welcome and I'm learning so much.
