On May 16, 2012, the Board of Trustees will approve Resolution 21:11-12 – calling for a consolidated election. The purpose of the election is to elect three (3) members of the Perris Union High School District's Governing Board for a full term ending December 8, 2016...
A+ classes are being offered for Summer School 2012 at Heritage High School, Perris High School, Paloma Valley High School, and Perris Lake High School from June 18 to July 27, 2012. A special Education Functional Skills Class is being offered at Heritage High School only from June 18 to July 20, 2012. There will be no summer school from July 2-6, 2012.
For current employees only. Summer School application are found under the Human Resources Department. The deadline to return the application to the Human Resources Department is May 7, 2012 by 3:30pm.

In conjunction with the Riverside County Office of Emergency Services, PUHSD is working on updating our Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). This plan is a work in progress and is available to any community member for review and comment. Contact Judy Miller, Risk Manager at 951.943.6369 ext. 80281 with questions about the LHMP.
Perris Union High School District’s three comprehensive high schools were notified today that they have been awarded Safe and Supportive School (S3) Intervention grants by California’s Department of Education (CDE). The S3 grant addresses issues of school safety and bullying, substance abuse, positive relationships, other learning support, and student engagement.
The academic performance of schools and districts are measured by two separate accountability systems; the state Accountability known as the Academic Performance Index (API) and the federal accountability system known as Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).
