I would like to take this time to express my appreciation to the cabinet and the school board of Perris Union High School District for giving me the opportunity to serve as Principal of Pinacate Middle School. I am excited to serve in this capacity and look forward to supporting our efforts toward continuous growth.
I have worked in education for 15 years, beginning as a middle school Language Arts teacher in 1997. Over the past 5 years I have had the wonderful experience of serving as Principal of Pinacate Middle School. I love working with people and enjoy bringing out the best in our children.
I believe all students can learn when given an environment that is conducive for education, and I look forward to ensuring that the climate of Pinacate is one in which can be described as a “culture of care.” This is an environment where all members deeply care about our school and deeply care about the students we serve. In addition to this, an intricate part of a “culture of care” is that accountability of the learning process is at the forefront of all that we do.
Additionally, we would like parents to have a venue to communicate their concerns, and look forward to continuing to have “Coffee with Administration” on the last Wednesday of each month at 9:30a.m. Please feel free to stop by my office and introduce yourself to me, and once again, I am excited to be a part of the Pinacate family!!!
