PUHSD Registration 

Welcome to the Perris Union High School District. Our goal is to give every child the very best education in a safe and caring environment. We look forward to working with you and your child to meet their educational needs.

Registration materials are available on-line by accessing the links on the left. Be sure to select the category that fits your child, a student new to the Perris Union High School District or a current student registering for next year. Hard copies of all of these forms are available at the individual school sites, during regular school hours.

Students that are new to the Perris Union High School District and involved in the Special Education Program in their current district will need to come to the Pupil Services Office to begin the registration process, this does not apply to students coming from our collaborative districts of Menifee, Nuview, Perris Elementary and Romoland. Student that are in the Foster Care System, an expelled student, severely credit deficient, or needing a Caregiver's Affidavit will also need to come to the Pupil Services Office to begin the registration process.

The Pupil Services Office is located at 1151 North A Street in Perris, 92570. Our phone number is 943-6369 ext. 81202. Office hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-3:30 Friday.
