Video Production is an exciting class where you learn about the professional world of video/ film.  With 10 years of professional experience in film and  video, Mr. Hughes will instruct you in the basics of camera operation and  computer non-linear editing through the completion of a small mini movie and a small documentary-style film.

 

With Apple professional certifications in Final Cut Pro, Mr. Hughes will instruct Video II students in the use of the professional editing software and advanced techniques and methods of blue screen, luma key, animations, and the art film.

 

Motivated Students MAY have the oportunity to work on professional-style multi-camera productions in the field including filming sports, plays, and conferences.

 

All students are required to spend time outside of class serving their community through the use of video.
